Anyone there?

Hi all, just wanted to check in with everyone! Please make sure your tallies are up to date. We've lost (hopefully temporarily!) a couple of our members, but don't let that get you down! Keep up your exercising - even if you dropped. The whole purpose of this membership is to motivate the members to exercise, not to be a burden. Exercise has become an important part of my life, and I hope it has for you too. :)

  1. I think too many people make exercise into a chore that they 'have to do'. Sounds like as much fun as going to work on a Monday or to a dentist appointment. Sounds corny, but instead of 'I have to exercise today', how about 'I get to exercise today'? We're all busy, but it's such a good thing to get even a small amount of exercise or activity in several times a week. People, please don't forget about your own health and well being in the process of a busy life! I agree with Shannon - definitely try to keep up the exercise even if you dropped from the blog. And you're free to join back up if you took a break (hint hint):)

  2. I took a rest day a couple days ago after exercising like 4 days in a row, and I actually missed it and felt like I was missing something! I think having the three different Wii programs is helping me keep motivated!
