Any new exercising going on?

Hi All,

I hope the exercising is still happening for everyone! Summer is here, so I'm thinking about pulling out the tennis rackets and trying that sport out again. Is there any new exercises you've added to your regimen? Share! We all need new ideas now and again!

Also, please update your tallies weekly, it makes it easier to remember what you've done.

  1. I would like to explore new activities but I'm afraid my current ones will be slowing in the next few months as baby further invades abdomen. Right now I'm enjoying spin, weight training and Wii Golds Gym cardio boxing. I think in the next few months it will whittle down to treadmill walking and yoga. I'd suggest if you want a change get out the bikes and go down to CSUS for a ride around the campus & on the bike trail. Nice weather for it. You could also try hiking for the day on a nearby trail, or go to a nearby rock climbing gym for something different.
