I figured out how to post to the blog! Doing pretty well with the wimpy 30 minute treadmill workouts, am adding some weightlifting and stretching exercises because I sit on my *&^ all day at work and it kills my arms.
Hope you ladies are out there busting a move at the gym.

Bustin a move at spin this week! The Resolutionists are now at the gym - the 530am spin class was full on Tuesday so I had to do the eliptical. I didn't know so many people got up that early!
