Article from EAP Newsletter: Food Portion Distortion

  1. Portion control is my absolute hardest thing to master. I think it's because we live in a society where resturants serve multiple portions of food on one plate. It'll definitely sober you up to see the nutritional list at most any resturant. Even the 'low cal' menu's usually bottom out at 500 calories per entree. What's up with that?!!
