What do you do?

Spinning Class?

Walking/Running?

Gym?

Aerobics?
Ball exercises?

Free Weights?

I was just wondering what everyone is doing for their exercise? I've mentioned in earlier posts that I've been going to Curves, doing floor exercises, and now am using Wii Fit. What do you do?

Leave a comment and maybe we will get ideas for new exercises we can try - maybe we won't get bored with what we are doing!

I like to do at least 2 spin classes a week, 2 circuit training (weight/cardio combo) classes a week, and hope to incorporate a heavy bag boxing workout, core strength exercises and yoga into the mix. If I don't want to do a formal class at the gym I like to hop on the stationary bike or eliptical machine for 30-45 minutes.

  2. Vic is kicking *** and taking names! As I mentioned elsewhere, I have very wimpy workout goals that are centered on the treadmill in our garage. But it's definitely better than sitting around on my rump!

  3. Wow Vic, that's awesome! Thanks to my mom, I'm currently working out on her Gazelle (ski machine thingy) that she let me borrow. I injured my left foot just as I joined this group and wasn't able to get the 4 days in. I also have a strength training workout that I do two days a week at the gym at work.
